Insights

The Insights page shows how your tickets and moderation are going week by week. It is open to staff and admins.

Choosing a period

Pick 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks or 26 weeks at the top of the page. The default is 8 weeks. The period always ends with the current week, which is still in progress.

Weeks start on Monday at 00:00, Amsterdam time. In the charts, weeks run from oldest on the left to newest on the right.

Ticket charts

ChartShows
Tickets opened and closedHow many tickets were opened, and how many were closed, each week
Average time to closeThe average time from opening to closing, for tickets closed that week
Average ratingThe average 1 to 5 rating of tickets closed that week
RatingsHow many closed tickets got each rating from 1 to 5 in the whole period

A ticket counts in the week it was opened for "opened", and in the week it was closed for "closed", time to close and rating. Tickets without a rating don't affect the averages.

Moderation charts

ChartShows
CasesCases created each week, stacked by type
ReportsMember reports filed each week

Reports are counted separately and aren't included in Cases.

By category

A table with one row per ticket category, for the whole period:

  • Opened and Closed.
  • Avg close: the average time to close.
  • Avg rating.

Tickets from a category you have since deleted are grouped under "Deleted category".

Top staff

  • Top moderators: who created the most cases in the period, not counting reports.
  • Top claimers: who claimed the most tickets, among tickets opened in the period.

Each list shows up to 10 people, and every name links to that person's profile. If nobody qualifies, the list says "Nobody yet in this period."

Insights only counts what the bot recorded. Actions taken directly in Discord, such as a ban from the member list, don't appear here. The weekly summary in the mod log covers the previous full week. See Moderation and cases.
